›How does the annual subscription work?
One payment gives you 12 months of access to the full playbook, including every update released during your subscription year. Your access starts when your payment is confirmed and renews each year on the same date.
›What does the launch offer include?
The launch offer is RM50 for your first year (launch offer); renews at RM100/year unless cancelled. The 50% discount applies to your first subscription year only — it is not a permanent price. There is no countdown or limited-quantity pressure; the offer simply ends when the owner withdraws it.
›Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews each year at RM100/year. We will never raise the renewal price for an active subscription without telling you first, and you can cancel before any renewal.
›How do I cancel?
You will be able to cancel anytime from your subscription page — no emails or phone calls required. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the year you have already paid for.
›What happens to my saved work if my subscription ends?
Subscription expiry does not delete your saved records. Real audit records remain linked to your account; device-local practice remains on your device. Export availability depends on the current account view; no indefinite retention or expired-access export guarantee is promised here.
›Is my data private?
Real audit records are saved securely to your account, isolated by owner. Practice workbook data stays on your device. Stripe handles payment details; this app does not store your card details.
Trainer material requires verified administrator access. Training content remains subject to qualified subject-matter review; this product is not endorsed by ISO.
